I have read and understand the disruptive behavior policy as listed below and posted on www.CT-ArtSchool.com *

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate enrollment as necessary. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and students who do not comply will not be allowed to continue. Parents will be contacted and if the behavior repeats the student will not be allowed to remain in class. It is our top priority that the school and studio are safe places for all students. Tuition is non-refundable.

I understand that due to Covid-19: *

1. I am responsible for not sending my child to class if they may have Covid-19, or are in a quarantine period, have a fever, or are otherwise sick with any transferable illness (cold, flu, etc). 3. Masks are optional. 4. Connecticut Art School staff may take my child's temperature if they are concerned that my child may be sick. If they have a fever, the provided emergency number will be called for the child to be picked up immediately. 5. At pick-up and drop-off students will assemble on the sidewalk outside the school or studio - teachers will come out to get the group to begin and bring everyone out together at the end.
